Villa NaNi is the ultimate Seminyak retreat on the spiritually charged island of Bali. This tastefully appointed four bedroom property has every conceivable home comfort as well as a few unexpected luxuries to ensure that your stay is one of pure pleasure.

Great Location
Villa NaNi is located within a network of small residential laneways that run behind the busy main street of central Seminyak. It is just 5 minutes from the Bintang Supermarket complex, an area that offers a great choice of shopping, wining and dining possibilities.
Villa NaNi is also close to the sea, sand and amazing sunsets of Blue Ocean Beach. It is strategic base from which to explore Bali by day and unwind under the stars at night. Ngurah Rai International Airport is a 20 minute journey by car.
Service & Facilities
Lifestyle Retreat
Nestled within the secured confines of a Balinese styled compound, Villa NaNi is accessed via a traditional entrance. A carved door is guarded by a pair of stone statues bearing ceremonial umbrellas.
A small wooden bridge crosses over a koi filled pond to reveal a spacious dining pavilion complete with a gourmet kitchen facility. This is the very heart of the villa, orientated towards the pool, where meals are enjoyed around a polished teak table top.
Individual Sleeping Bungalows
There are four separate sleeping cum relaxation dwellings strategically positioned around the property. Each structure is quite distinct in terms of layout, design and aesthetic decor offering a sense of personal space that is essential for adult guests travelling together.
The first structure is a cosy environment suitable for a small family. A double bed is draped with crisp white mosquito netting and there is also a sleeping alcove for children accessed via a ladder. The en-suite bathroom has indoor and outdoor shower facilities.
Similar to a Balinese bungalow, the second dwelling features a comfortable air-conditioned bedroom. There is an adjacent study and just off that a private room set up with a massage table. A spa styled bathroom has an outdoor shower and Jacuzzi bathtub.
The third room is surrounded by a shady terrace and is just footsteps from the pool. It is a romantic space with an elaborately carved timber bed, pieces of Balinese artistry and a compact sitting area. The en-suite bathroom has a unique plunge tub and outdoor shower.
Lastly, the fourth dwelling comes with its own open living space against a garden backdrop with sofas and a generous library of reading materials. This room has an oversized canopied bed and lavish en-suite bathroom with a sunken terrazzo tub.
Entertainment Pavilion
An exclusive feature of Villa NaNi is a multi-media pavilion designed with built-in seating to accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a state-of-the-art entertainment system with a large screen and surround-sound audio to enjoy movies and sporting events.
Outdoor Splendour
Villa Nani is blessed with a spacious outdoor environment and a refreshing T-shaped swimming pool surrounded by a timber sundeck. A shady Balinese pavilion sits at the edge of the pool and provides a cushioned niche to curl up and laze the afternoon away.
Seating around the pool is an innovative system whereby sections of the deck can be pulled up to create a collection of reclining sun-loungers. Beneath each one is a series of cables for handy internet access and listening to chill-out music by the pool.
